Anyways this ridiculousness aside, it’s somewhat sad just for me to have been so happy to been back in the Series. But that’s where we are right now.

I used to go into most seasons thinking we could make it, maybe win it all. Now I’m happy if we don’t go sub 500 in the summer.

I believe he’s trying to stake out a middle ground for the administration, both appearing to be moderate and throw an off-ramp to Trump as this is all temporary, more assistance should come besides troops.

And also showcase local failures to the American people, which is more politically savvy.
