The only real reason I've still had it for so long is to get messages from people. They banned my account briefly for "spam" because I leave nice comments on people's art and stuff. They think being nice isn't human behavior over at Meta.

I will always bang this drum: if gaming companies refuse to make older titles easily accessible for purchase, piracy is one of the most important means of game preservation out there.

I remember buying quite a few games on the Wii Virtual Console *because* I had played them before via emulation.

That's gotta be what that lid is for. The bottom of the case also has magnets on it, so if I need to set some screws aside a day an NOT lose them, I put the bottom, smooth half of the case on top of the upside-down lid.

I use the lid of my ifixit set to separate screws. It has the little squares and they work well enough for me to sort them.

A magnetic tool could even complicate things, it's not like they're perfect. One second you're trying to get a small scree off of it and the next second it's gone.

These steam releases are part of why I considered Sega to be great in terms of honoring their legacy and preserving games. This is a shame. I hope it ends up with all of them being touched up and re-released in a huge collection but I doubt that will happen.
