Well sure, it’s just unfortunate it’s not (yet) coming to much. But I do take solace in the fact that he’s finally getting into his groove and hopefully leads us to better things.

Other than Boromir there aren’t any dedicated warriors. Everyone is reluctant and brought into battle by events and circumstance.
Don’t think I fully appreciated how that aspect of Nordic myths is absent from Tolkien until now.
