Writing in a near-empty house with one chair left. Nick Cave, #intomyarms on the radio, so I went to the sweet spot in our tiny kitchen, where the acoustics make me sound like I did when I was younger, to belt out one last song. Couldn’t finish it. #movinghome

Look! If you can, look at the moon! Either side her smiling face, two ‘moondogs’ like shining dimples! A rare sight - & out here in the dark, above the old blacksmith’s shop beside the pub, so strange & bright! #moondogs #moon
