My friend is slipping into an eating disorder and there is nothing I can do because she ghosted me months ago and wouldn't reply to me reaching out. It makes me so sad to see all that self-destruction and I wish she knew how deeply I care.

I am very overwhelmed with life in general atm and my whole support system is either unavailable or ghosting me so I'm having a great time : )

And currently being ghosted by one of my dearest friends just adds so much salt to the wound I can't even begin to express it. I don't know what happened and why they wouldn't text back anymore, we didn't have a fight, everything was fine a couple months ago and it re-opened old wounds, too

I pay very close attention to my friends' behaviours and speech/writing patterns and I catch on the tiniest clue that something is wrong, but I don't think there's anyone who pays the same attention to me.
