in terms of content, it was the sword of kaigen.
the way it tackles grief is absolutely devastating. it was a really tough read for me and unlike any other book i've come across that is heavy with death. still, it was absolutely phenomenal (maybe check trigger warning before reasing though)

i've had a love for writing longer than i've loved reading, so yeah.
im currently planning out the first book in a south asian inspired epic fantasy series. i have high hopes for this one so fingers crossed i actually end up finishing it
