(i had covid in december 2022 & as a person who does chores & walks my dog depsite literal flu, didn't leave bed for 4.5 days.)

but: i still do not meet enough criteria for ehlers-danlos, just like i only meet 2/4 criteria for POTS... so it still comes down to i think it's long covid as the culprit to my rapid decline since spring 2023.
