i had a soul-cracking physical reaction during opening ritual to kick off the witches ball; i felt high all night, warm & happy! i also met the best dog, stellar convos, & now it's almost 2a & i can't Ground so i can sleep, ahh 😅 i can't wait for tomorrow night!!! #witchsky #pagansky #queersky

noisy evangelicals & it wasn't even 9p, NOR the weekend, as last night was simply a soft opening. they eventually were told they had to stay on the sidewalk & not enter the space again. so they paced 2 ft behind my sisters & kept it up for another 1.5 hrs. #witchsky #queersky

but: i still do not meet enough criteria for ehlers-danlos, just like i only meet 2/4 criteria for POTS... so it still comes down to i think it's long covid as the culprit to my rapid decline since spring 2023.

3rd week of PT for my bicep (2 yrs out from a grade 1 AC sep) & my dude said, 'so, you've got hypermobile joints; it healed right but yr muscles overcompensated for stability & you've got 8 different tangles here...' 🙃🙃🙃

i know amazon is *eek*, but they often sell in 3 or 4 packs for not a bad price so as to not lose lots of $ in case you don't like it! but there could be stores or other online shops that do the same 🤔 /ramble!

i wore them to jiu jitsu classes *as* unders, bc i too dislike too many layers, & had ~personal body logistics~ to sort out to be comfortable on the mats? & then had to wear a skirt in 727° weather & gave em a go as skivvies & it was *pleasant*!
