Look, the size of the beaurocracy is excessive. That is beyond obvious. However, you solve nothing by changing things fast. No change made that way will stick. When you make reactionary changes to entities dealing with health and safety, you're doing something dangerous, and that screws EVERYONE.
Their aim is nothing short of a new Dark Ages. Anti-science, anti-education, anti-democracy, in favor of needless human suffering.
