Letter from the office of Representative Stephanie Bice that reads: As your Congresswoman, I am committed to working toward comprehensive immigration reform that would strengthen border security and provide commonsense safeguards. In the 118th Congress I was a cosponsor of H.R. 163, the Security First Act. This legislation would bolster federal resources through the Department of Homeland Security's Operation Stonegarden program to improve overall border security by investing in sensors, communications equipment, and drone technology. Further, the bill would strengthen collaboration with state and local law enforcement. Now that President Trump has entered into office, it is time to secure our border once and for all. America has always been a nation of immigrants, but the country's current immigration system doesn't serve Americans or immigrants well. Despite efforts to strengthen border security, the U.S. still does not have operational control of the porous U.S.-Mexico border. But in Oklahoma, I know most of the people I encounter on a daily basis did vote 🍊. It’s horrifying. We are steadily trying to rebuild that trusted circle because how can you ever get past that this is what they wanted 🤯😭
