What do you make of page 2 top point under "Alberta commits" - to being a proponent?! Are AB tax payers going to fund and own this proposal that will never get built? Just like Canadians forked out $34 billion for TMX and still own a thankless pipeline to the coast for AB?

And British Columbians have agreed not allow oil supertankers on our coast. The answer is still no.
