There is so much misinformation & fear mongering - and rhetoric about needing to make sure the 5% don't dictate "for the rest of us". So much racism. It's time to uphold DRIPA and repeal & replace the Mineral Tenure Act - not stick with the "free entry" regime of 1859 @eby-david.bsky.social #bcpoli
David Eby was Attorney General when DRIPA passed *unanimously* in 2019… Now, Eby is spinelessly bending to Cons’ misinformation machine with snap-judgement. This province is stronger when everyone is at the table, and that’s why the BC Greens will fight to uphold Indigenous rights and title. #bcpoli
The ink is hardly dry on this court decision, and yet the folks who unanimously passed the Declaration Act are already threatening to repeal or amend it. How is that good government?
