So there it is: In the latest PhpStorm update from JetBrains, there are no icons, no tabs, no line numbers - absolutely nothing. At this rate, the next update will probably remove the actual code too. Can’t strain your eyes if there’s nothing left to look at ... 👀

With all the possibilities and power that modern IDEs like JetBrains put at your fingertips, I’m amazed on a daily basis by how few developers actually make use of them 😲. Navigation is done with the mouse, and the only known search feature is ‘Free-text search in all’. So painful to watch!!! 😅

However, it never took off because of a key difference in regulations: In the US, eggs must be washed before being sold, whereas in Denmark, they must not be washed to preserve their shelf life. 🤷♂️

What the Focaccia! This came out perfect – and that's something you will rarely hear me say. Sourdough based, folded three or four times, proofed overnight out in the cold (not completely outside), then baked for 30 minutes. Soft, tasty – just pure love in a bread! 🤩

The old university library in Copenhagen, Denmark. Great place to visit. There is a small entrance fee, but then you get to climb all the shelves stairs and touch all the books. They even encourage you to do so ❤️📚
