Russia is reportedly sending weapons and mercenaries to Venezuela as tensions rise with the US. A sanctioned Il-76 cargo plane arrived in Caracas after stops in Yerevan, Algiers, Rabat, Dakar, and Nouakchott. The aircraft is linked to arms transport for Wagner operations in Africa and Venezuela.
