When a drone sees people on the street it can see how many children are there and transmits that information to the person firing the drone.
People were in the street outside the shelter they were staying in so an Israeli military drone fired a missile at them. 3 people were killed, including two children - the children were hit in the head by shrapnel and died immediately.
