This is apparently on X. I have a few concerns: 1) why is DHS sending photos of (alleged) evidence that should be in a secure chain of custody that is now lying on a car seat??? and 2) being armed does not on its own justify the use of deadly force — there has to be evidence he was trying to use it

As angry as I am about the Trump administration's actions, I struggle (a LOT) with the reality that he's there only because a critical mass of my fellow citizens have (enthusiastically) nominated him three times for president and then a near-majority decided in 2024 that he was an acceptable option.

And reports are that ICE removed ALL the witnesses from the scene - transporting them to the Whipple building?! Next they'll be destroying the other videos. I guess it's illegal to witness an ICE murder now. JFC.
