Talked with a Head of Eng at a startup who added a pretty clever “fingerprinting” to a takehome exercise to get proof if it was completed by copy+pasting it into an LLM.

100% of takehome submitted were done like this. He asked ppl submitting if they used any AI: 25% said yes
