Lately I’ve been feeling really bad not physically, but in every other way. I thought things were getting better, but it seems they’re only getting worse. There’s also this strange pain all over my body that I can’t explain.

Did some reading.
Solved a few exercises I had left (math problems, so math’s done for today).
Kinda boring day.
I meditated yesterday before sleep , not sure how long tho.
Probably doing it again today.
