I have enough of an understanding of shading to do the body, but how the hell do you make an anime style face from any angle but front-on? 😭

There's nothing like asking your manager to ask another team (who should be responsible for the work you need them to do) to do some work, and them actually sending the email instead of trying to coerce you into doing it yourself.
