That was a treat last night. Bought a ticket to see Built to Spill on Long Island bc I missed out on Woodstock. Turns out this was literally a bar show (a charity fundraiser) and I was right up front the whole time. Incredible.

Enjoyable mezcales as of late. Lalocura “reserva especial” coyote from the maestro Lalo Angeles. 18 year old agaves, distilled in clay pots. Sanzekan, a co-op of producers from Guerrero. This is a zacatoro— super lactic with lots of chocolate and leather.
