That graph is misleading because it focuses on equities which are a small portion of the bottom 50%’s wealth. This is their overall net worth trend.

Worst: Execs with a business background (Zaslav) who try to engineer profits through cuts.
Better: Ex-agents; ruthless but at least they spend $ and value creative talent.
Best: Former talent or production people; they genuinely appreciate the people and craft.
