Newark Mayor Ras Baraka has been released - but his arrest shows the absolute lawlessness of the Trump regime.

He was arrested by Homeland Security officers for "federal trespassing" *outside* a private jail housing ICE detainees - which the city says is operating without permits.

NHS England funding will grow by just 1.0% per person per year after adjusting for ageing.
