Last night was the first solid night of sleep I’ve gotten in at least a week. Generally, I’ve been waking up around 2 or 3 for a couple of hours.

I was asked to take a survey a week or so go. general gist was, who would I vote for for president next time, and would I vote to recall Newsom if it came up again in the next year. he is termed out as CA governor next election cycle.

i'm tired of crying. such small things can set me off, and there are so many big things since this weekend and since the ukraine war.

this morning, the warning at the end of a fidelity commercial, 'does not guarantee against the risk of loss,' caused me to tear up. there is too much loss.

l'Shana Tova. today is a day to reflect, and ask forgiveness of others and yourself. i hope for forgiveness from those I have wronged this year, and the knowledge to recognize what I did, so I can better myself.
