Brexit had a greater turn out than any general election for a long time. There is a huge swing to the right due largely to a broken immigration system. Farage only needs to further tap into the psyche of our typical non-voting population, and they'll get in. FPTP makes it more likely for sure.

Hoping the next few years of shambolic Maga behaviour will be enough to halt the growing support for Reform, but years of bad government have left their mark. I fear the public is now too far right. Brexit campaign made it obvious how to gain votes. Farage laps it up. Brace yourselves.

He sorted the Ukraine/Russia situation pretty quick, so no reason to think he can't do the same for Israel/Iran.

It's the art of the deal.

We've slipped so far it's hard to know where to start. The club is broken.

Yes, just leave the empty roll there. I'm lucky enough to cohabit with more than one person that lives by this mantra 🙌

Trump thinks he's going to have the rest of the world on its knees, begging and throwing money at him. All he's doing is alienating the most powerful country in the world from everyone else, and forcing them to build stronger trade and ties with others. He's outplaying his hand in a big way 👌

If you play professional sport, it's illegal to bet on your professional sport. Should be no different when you're running a country.

Walk a few feet in any direction, holding the phone arms length away whilst waving up and down, left and right. The signal must be here somewhere....

Since the turn of the year I've found it almost therapeutic to unsubscribe from junk/circular emails I've been receiving for years. Yes I bought a shed from you 5 years ago, but funnily enough I didn't need to buy one every week since 😁

This is a great bit of wisdom.
We have 3 kids and thinking back, if our expectations were a little more "these days" rather than "back when we were kids", maybe things would have been a little easier.

One of them is into that.

I'd love to think the additional revenue gained by ripping us off goes to meaningful development and not massive bonuses......

"You know you don't win anything for staying together for the kids, right?"

So effectively a ceasefire/agreement is dependent upon Russia being able to finish the job at their bidding in the future.

I sometimes wonder what my dogs think when I'm walking around behind them picking it up in bags. They must think we're weird as hell collecting all their turds.

To essentially end your life for politics. What a tragic idea.

I can't think of anything more inspiring and manly as to commit suicide and leave my heartbroken family to pick up the pieces. What a gent.
