If you’re the kind of person who easily forgets what you’ve accomplished, you need a practice for reminding yourself. Count the years, the finished projects, the progress, the praise, count it all up and use it as evidence against the ever present criticism in your head that you’re not doing enough.

Experiencing a lot of buffering watching Amazon Prime's coverage of Arsenal v Man Utd. Currently worse than the Netflix coverage of Paul v Tyson, and that's saying something

After watching the Gladiator and Braveheart films last night, I’m feeling quite rebellious. Nothing to rebel against though, so may go to the gym instead. Such a warrior I am.

Why must we pass Maths and English to achieve a trade apprenticeship these days? To whom does this benefit? Does it matter if a carpenter can spell or simplify equations? My son has ADHD and will not gain a qualification because of his learning difficulties, yet he’s fully competent in carpentry.

Wish it was possible to switch women’s football notifications off on sports apps, while still receiving them for the men’s game.

Am I interested in it enough to receive notifications about it?
No.
Why is it both or nothing?

Interesting view of the economic situation in Russia. If correct, it appears the economy will fail before the meat grinder does.

Trade data shows that since sanctions on Russia were introduced in February 2022, UK exports to Kyrgyzstan have increased by more than 300%.

Ok, well done UK business, don’t let sanctions get in the way of a good deal.
