AAAAND if this isn't processed before the end of the year, our family will have to pay $2,000 out of pocket for our son to get new Cochlear batteries.

My landlord says that we have hot water in the winter yet rarely does it get to the legal requirement of 120.
Then sends me texts that he has spoken to everyone and no one has an issue.
We're the only ones with a kid in the building.
This sucks so much.
