There’s also potential trickle down losses- non-prepaid car rentals don’t start till people actually pick up their cars so the rental companies are losing rental hrs or days. Probably hotels losing too as people cancel trips rather than risk getting stuck somewhere.

People are faced with losing subsidies AND annual increases by insurers. How can we make a decision by the deadline without knowing what will happen? Will the ACA get renewed? Possibly partially? Will we be forced to ‘disaster policies’ or forego coverage all together?

PLUS many/most insurance companies are sending notices of significant annual increases on the policies we had last year. How do we make a decision when we don’t know what’s going to be happening with ACA? We will be stuck with whatever we ‘elect’ by the deadline.

Or Jail, if he hadn’t been making deals with Trump. That said, come to think of it, I don’t think he has much to offer him now, so…?

That’s going to end soon unless GOP gives in and keeps healthcare funded. If they don’t, clearly the whole economy will be affected. Those who try to keep coverage won’t be buying cars, computers, cable, travel etc so ALL industries will be affected- beyond the casualties of the uninsured 2/2
