This is my sweet, grumpy old man, Ricky! He’s a 12.5yr old Havanese. Still acts like a puppy half the time, though!

Oh 100% that looking good doesn’t actually mean they listen…it just helps a little. And bosses that deflect like that with workplace issues are definitely part of the problem - if they’re deflecting what they CAN solve, you know they’re not helping anywhere else on bigger issues.
