I've decided to be more positive. 47 ending the ACA will create a bunch of angry armed trumpillies. His undeclared war on Venezuela will create another pissed off dictator with an army and snipers in addition to all those he's already pissed off (Iran +). Odds of 8647 before 2547 keep improving.

If Venezuela was sending drugs to the US, the legal way to stop it would be as follows.
Wait until the boat entered US waters.
Board the boat seize the drugs and arrest the crew.
Have a trial.
This would cost much less than scrambling jets and launching expensive bombs. bombs.
