I don’t understand “work requirements” for welfare

It matters that we see Musk lying about politics every day (eg making up numbers about DOGE 'savings') because Tesla's valuation depends substantially on investors believing that it's not just a car company, but a tech co that is soon going to bring transformative products to market 1/x
