Oh that could potentially happen. To make sure no one goes around it you need to configure like some tokens and still block YouTube otherwise on your network

I say this because the only way I can think to make that sustainable for an app that isnt YouTube itself is like:
- rely on YouTube categorizing prepopulated metadata
- provide an app with profile for filtering content categories and which has admin access to YouTube API
- otherwise block the domain

Does YouTube even force content categorization metadata though
