Once I bought a gnome figurine from a thrift store because it looked like the gnome from Powerwash Simulator. I felt bad separating him from his gnome wife so I bought her too. Learning that both the figurines and Powerwash Simulator copied Will Huygen’s designs just opened my third eye
I like to think of gnomes as a sect of religious fundamentalist dwarves who practice, like, a Wicker Man religion. Like folk horror Mennonites.

One of the things I like about the company I work for is that they have a really good relationship with the Pokémon company. So in the meeting rooms there’s a framed picture of Lucario next to the company’s founder like he also works here
