i don’t think i’ve ever dnf’d a book before, or at least not in recent memory….but i think i will set this one aside because there’s another book that i really want to read but my brain will only let me do the thing one at a time and i don’t feel like trudging through this whole story rn

i thought the first chapter was pretty fun, unfortunately the energy really flagged after that though… i don’t think it’s quite this bad 😭
