My 2.5y/o had reached his "why" phase. It amazes me how quickly the answer to "why" becomes "because we live in a capitalist society and that's what we have to do to have the basic necessities" (yes, a direct quote from me to my toddler).

I have a mostly healed scab on my knee from camp, and my 2y/o saw it last night, "Mommy owie! Get ice pack!" Then he runs to the freezer and brings me back his little doggy ice pack and puts it on my knee...kids are just the best.

Seriously, my 2 y/o is the biggest hype man. I walk in to get him first thing in the morning, disheveled and in my pajamas, and he just says "Mama so cute!" 😍😍
