Update: the coffee has been working. For the last week I've been a dead worm by 3pm, but it's now almost 5pm and I am WIDE AWAKE. I can do this!! I can fix this sleep schedule!!

This is ridiculous. For 4 straight days I've gone to bed at 7-8pm and woken up at 5am.
New gameplan: I'm going to get the most roided, caffeine-infused drink I can get at 3pm (when I start crashing out). Hopefully that keeps me up a little longer to survive into sleeping at 10pm.

Weirdest thing this week is that I keep looping into a dream where I'm STILL in Japan and am boarding my plane to the US any minute now. The jetlag dreams have been VIVID.
I'm not even particularly happy or excited to be in Japan in those dreams, I just wanna go home in them LOL
