I was afraid I'd lose buds. It's taken me four years which is better than I'd hoped. Like I say, I'm just afraid now I've broken that seal, I'll be losing them every five minutes. If I could stand my own thoughts for the duration of a walk I wouldn't need them.

The future will tell if losing these was a rare event or if I have now transitioned into a middle aged man who loses his earbuds every five minutes.

I think Pierce Brosnan has done a couple of non-bond bond movies, giving a glimpse of how he'd have liked to play it. The November Man is good and Matador feels like an 007 that's reached the stage where HR might need a word.

It'll be choc full of foreigners.
