Happy Saturday. I’m here with good news.

In a 7-2 decision early Saturday morning, the United States Supreme Court told Donald Trump to sit down and shut the fuck up for a minute.

Not in our name.

I am former prosecutor that prosecuted domestic abusers. I was a Magistrate. And then I became a domestic violence survivor myself. Now, I’m an advocate for survivors.

You lost your chance to raise this argument when you lost the case. You didn’t mention it in the legal case. 1/2

“There will be no tolerance for gamesmanship or grandstanding.”

“Cancel vacations, cancel other appointments,”

“You lost. This is now about the scope of the remedy.”

Everyone knows about Abrego Garcia, but don’t forget that there are hundreds more that also deserve to have their human rights respected.

Fantastic advice for federal employees I want to bring over from LinkedIn.

Analyzing risk:

Known knowns - things you know, but changes over time with new info. Must remain flexible.

Known unknowns - concepts you put a mental pin in to analyze later with more info.

Unknown unknowns - waiting to convert to known unknowns, but cannot fully analyze them yet.

The govt is possibly going to strip citizenship so they can detain people indefinitely and conduct mass trials.

The route to do this:

1) voluntarily give up citizenship (e.g. sovereign citizens) or
2) stripped by govt due to “terrorism” or due to “treason”
How ICE Works To Strip Citizenship From Naturalized Americans
Denaturalization is one of the many tools available to the immigration enforcement bureaucracy, and here’s how ICE is using it.
