A few of the seven etchings that comprise Käthe Kollwitz's Peasants’ War series (ca. 1901–1908) about the innate dignity, courage, and strength of the poor. More in our latest post here: https://publicdomainreview.org/collection/kollwitz-peasants-war/

I don’t know anything about the video game, but Until Dawn the movie is fun cabin horror schlock. The Groundhog Day structure is fun and covers a lot of the tropes. The characters are fun too, the actors competently carrying the script and humor.

Honestly, DAGON (2001) is the perfect Resident Evil movie.

It’s basically a wetter Resident Evil 4 haha

Stuart Gordon’s Lovecraft films have always been good, and Dagon is absolutely his best, or at least my favorite, for its ambitions and epic scope. The setting with its dank atmosphere is great, and the ending is a real mind-twist. Super awesome!

The beauty of his lines provided such great contrast to how out-there the stories got. Love his and Drake’s run

It doesn't get better than Bruno Premiani's DOOM PATROL, with writer Arnold Drake. Weird, charming, beautifully illustrated, and just fun comics.

Consider this a Random Bruno Premiani Art Appreciation Post.
