I wonder if some food pickiness in kids is just that they imagined a new food would taste one way and then they ate it and it didn't match what they imagined so it seemed yucky because that has totally happened to me as an adult

The problem with a whole lot of suburban high-density housing is it combines the worst parts of urban living (being right on top of neighbors, no parking) combined with the worst parts of suburban living (zero walkability/transit access, copy/paste buildings, HOAs, overpriced & shit quality)
