You forgot to mention: rich countries drain poor countries. Much more money flows from the poor to the rich than v.v.: rent on debts, foreign investors taking the profits, capital flight, losses and costs from structural adjustment imposed, exploitation through trade. Read 📖 The Divide, J Hickel
