Nog maar een keer: Toen ik in '74 aan de VU Aardwetenschappen ging studeren liep er al veel onderzoek naar de verontreiniging van grondwater door nitraat en verzuring van de bodem door ammoniak. 50 jaar.
Nu zien we de gevolgen voor water en natuur.

In de media zou duidelijker moeten worden gemaakt waarom verlies aan biodiversiteit enorm schadelijk is. Teveel mensen malen niet om beestjes en plantjes. Ze beseffen niet dat het per saldo om hun eigen gezondheid gaat.
