last election with sanseito gaining popularity was already a huge warning about how it doesn't matter if what politicians claim has any basis in fact or not - they just want to fearmonger & spread hate, & even if factchecking proves them wrong, the fear/hate is already out there

i don't even like koizumi, but i would have preferred him over takaichi, who was in the news just a couple of days ago saying foreigners are getting away with crime because there aren't enough interpreters to communicate with them (???)

this isn't even among the most inflammatory things she's said

have you been to merikenya in ikebukuro station? same chain as from jr shikoku! (they used to have another shop with a different name in akiba station but i apparently missed that it closed last year 😔)
