For land use I shared 3 slides that had been prepared by COG staff and presented to LUCI (the land use and community infrastructure committee I sit on at COG). The first of these showed how the developed land in Centre County has nearly doubled since 1980, while population hasn't even gone up 50%.

As a renter who lives in a non-IZ building completed in 2014, I am a bit put off by the idea that you would find it preferable for my home not to exist than tolerate the existence of non-IZ buildings.
My home benefited ME. Asserting that it only helped the developer erases the benefits for me.

I don’t really buy that there’s a good-faith intention for the Donny’s nomination. It’s just NIMBYs finding a lever to stop townhomes they don’t like. It very explicitly goes against Donny’s wishes.
