The grandmother to Ciri was the Warrior Queen of the city that got overrun (age 50 or so), whose husband was killed in the big battle in E1. She shows up in episode 5 at age 35 with a 16-20 year-old *daughter* who looks like Ciri, and I’m like, “wait, wtf…?”
Justified, since there are two timelines.

I had trouble recognizing dead characters in The Witcher, Season One, who came back in flashbacks… because they didn’t mention what occurred when, and they disappeared for a couple episodes.

My kids are both in Scouts, now.

They’ve had the “two-deep leadership” model since the ‘90s, when it was still Boy Scouts: NO 1-on-1 interaction out of proximity AND eyesight of others.

Happens in nearly all of the martial arts. I’m a 1st degree Brown Belt in Tang Sudo karate. Slapped down by almost every demographic at some point.

It’s even better when your feet start tingling.
