There's definitely investors but it again is a PublicBenefitCorp which has to consider employees and benefactors of the "public benefit" as much as directors. Im just lookin up this shit off Wikipedia but all seems cool. Just kinda waiting for ads at this point

@jtp.bsky.social just in case neither of u knew but bluesky is actually a benefit corp designed to test the AT protocol for decentralized social networks, similar to how emails function (user at open source service protocol dot com/net/org). And a fun fact is the CEO's name in English is blue sky!
