Fastest and easiest chicken dinner, ever.
I would use a rice cooker to make rice, pop the chicken thighs in the oven, prep and broil some asparagus (turn every 1-2 minutes until done, takes 4 minutes max).

I love making kalua pork in my Instant Pot. It's free of top allergens (so great for parties). I can cook once with minimal effort and eat for days (or freeze some cooked kalua pork for a heat and serve dinner later).

Creamy lemon crumble bars are my favorite nut-free, egg-free lemon bars. I love the creamy lemon filling sandwiched between a brown sugar and oatmeal topping and crust. It's such an easy cookie bar to make for dessert.
