Founded in 1983, the NevadaFacultyAlliance.org and its chapters represent professional employees within all eight institutions in the Nevada System of Higher Education. NFA is the Nevada affiliate of the @aaup.bsky.social and @aftunion.bsky.social

The Nevada Faculty Alliance is grateful to all who showed up to give public comment and to highlight how the policy changes for collective bargaining hamper the process, cause confusion, and take away from education! Solidarity wins the day!

Thanks to solidarity from @aft.org and @aflcio.org, the #NSHE Board of Regents did NOT change the collective bargaining policy. Faculty negotiating contracts now will continue to do so under the current rules! #WhenWeFightWeWin!
