Our y7 judging panel have been reading the shortlist for this year's @royalsociety.org Young People's Book Prize. Students have reviewed and rated all 6 books, and their results have been submitted. Our panel's winning book was Can You Get Rainbows in Space? by Sheila Kanani. 🌈📚

I will never cease to be amazed by books. Seriously. Just think about it; thousands of people read the same book, but in everyone’s brain’s the characters look different, the setting changes etc. We are all reading the same thing, but it's so unique to each of us.

ok but Count Dracula just bringing a bunch of soil on the ship with him was an amazing bit of supernatural rules lawyering and we only take it for granted because Dracula is an incredibly old book
