I made some adjustments from the muslin version, like different hem shape, slightly narrower width, no back darts, double topstitching, and reinforced the cuffs & collar with interfacing. Kept the sleeves unnecessarily long though. You might even think it's not homemade if you stay at a distance!

Finished shirt #2 today. I tried to squeeze this one in before my sabbatical ended on the 14th, but I ran out of time, and also thread (note: you will likely need more than 100 yards for a garment with topstitching).

Soooo I was so excited to see Kristin Chenoweth live in something, and her voice is ahmahzing, but The Queen of Versailles was a bit of a snore, sorry to say! Although I guess I did learn what happened after the first doc? #heylookatthisthingiwentto

The whole thing about The Seat of Our Pants is it's a musical adaptation of the Pulitzer Prize-winning play The Skin of Our Teeth, and the entire time I was like hmmm I kinda just wish they would fast forward the extraneous songs so I could experience the play. #heylookatthisthingiwentto
