Here in SoCal we have thousands of people who lost their homes to the fires in January, in the central states, the recent tornadoes, on the east coast, the flooding from hurricanes. All of those people will need to jump through hoops to order new birth certificates and other documents.

Until every form of ID and supporting documentation is free to get copies of AND can be acquired outside of normal working hours, this is just another type of poll tax.

I think pigs are very similar to humans in some respects. We can even use some pig organs for transplants into humans. If a virus is being transmitted very freely between pigs, it's only a little step for it to do the same to humans.
